Q: Should I take test ?

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last Sunday and then again this Sunday. I am on Seasonale b/c so I only get my period every 3 months and Im not due for my period for another 4 weeks. For the past couple weeks I've been taking my birth control at different times due to being busy. It hasnt been the same time any consecutive day, and last week I missed a day, but took it the next day.

Could I be pregnant? What signs should I look for? Should I take a test soon?
