Q: Should I name my twins after celebrities?

I'm having 2 boys, my first kids. I'm totally obsessed with Tokio Hotel but never enough to go really crazy about them but my husband always teases me and whenever I walk by he goes "here comes Bill and Tom" like the twins from Tokio Hotel just as a joke. But he's been doing it for a while and I'm kind of used to the names, sometimes I slip and call them Bill and Tom, even though their not born yet. Today he asked me what I wanted to name them and if I couldn't decide then he could name 1 and I'll name the other. I want to call the Bill and Tom, I do but not obsessively. Technically they'll be William and Thomas but I just don't want them to think I was expecting them to be like the actual Bill and Tom, I want them to be themselves. Terrible problem. So I came up with some names that aren't my favorite but will due Aven Conie Smith and Jeane lial Smith. But I just had my heart set on Bill and Tom so I'm really confused. Help? Suggestions?

Well, Thomas means twin. Smile
Heres what my hubby and I did with out twin boys. They were no 3 and 4 tho for us, and 1 and 2 were also boys.
We named the first one out Christian Allen. ( My name is Christina, and my grandfather is Allen) We named the second one out James Curtis and call him Jamie (my husband is James and his grandfather is curtis).
Just a suggestion.

Given how obscure Tokyo Hotel is I don't think the names would ever be a problem for your kids.

William and Thomas, and their respective nicknames, are such common names that I simply can't imagine anyone making that connection. How many people have heard of Tokio Hotel anyway?

In any case, William (Bill) and Thomas (Tom) are better than Aven and Jeane, which sound like a cosmetic products company (Avon) and a female name.

Where do you get the idea that she'd like to call twins Kason and Kaden? As if those 'names' (well, they're not, but that's not the point), wouldn't be too similar for siblings, let alone twins. The point in naming twins isn't to be as confusing as possible.
