Should i be worried about this lymph node or not?

I have an enlarged lymph node in my groin its shaped in like a round diamond shape and is roughly about 3cm long. Ive haven't really been sick only a slight cold/flu that is going around. i also can feel on the other side 2 lymph nodes but they are only about 1cm long. im skinny in my waist so it could be easier to feel them and see the enlarged one. can anyone give me some information? need to see a doctor or not? any advice will do.
