Ok, so i had Bronchitis twice in one year. I have always had shortness of breath, since i was little but now it's worse than ever, actually i have been reading up on asthma and i realized i have 4 out of the symptoms that were listed. These symptoms mostly occur when either I'm under stress, when i exert my self too much, i have never been diagnosed with it cause i never consulted a doctor about it.

Another thing that happens a lot more often these nights are i feel like I'm suffocating while I'm sleeping i often wake struggling to breath, with a rapid heart beat.

Can anyone help?
thanks Smile

The symptoms you mention maybe due to asthma or other stress related factors. Its always better if you consult your pulmonologist.

Asthma or VCD or HS
Sounds A LOT like asthma, you could also have Vocal Cord Dysfunction or Hyperventilation Syndrome. I've been having trouble breathing for 2 months and was told I have asthma, but treatment does nothing, so I've read up a lot on these other two issues and found I could have them with or without asthma. Go see a lung specialist or another option is an internist, they WILL find an answer!
