Yes Davsan38 is correct, you do half to minimize your intake. For me I did things in moderation because it was easier to sustain this new way of life.
But another process that did more everyday was detoxing my cells, there are may forms of detoxing, some not the best for everyone. But through a intracellualr detox you not only able to eliminate many toxins that pile up in your system but also remove a lot of inflammation which ads to a lot of weight.
