was this your first time & you've been doing this constantly since ?
did you use a condom this particular time ?
im not sure of the neuva ring contraceptive & how it works or how effective it is ,

if you start to have pregnancy symptoms you should take a test & also,
the red bleeding or spoting could have been implantation bleeding ...
