I've been having pain in what feels like my uterus. The pains sometimes feel like a period which it isn't. Other times I feel a dull pain when lying in a specific position and then there are the sharp stabbing like pains that happen every now and then. They only last seconds and have become stronger and more frequent as the days go by. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

I am on the contraceptive pill (Yasmin) which I have read is a "low dose" pill and I have been having what I think is referred to as breakthrough bleeding. The bleeding which isn't heavy occurs anything from 5 to 7 days before I'm supposed to get my period on the sugar pill week. My periods end a few days into the sugar pills as a result. Can taking a too "low dose" pill for my body cause me to ovulate therefore increasing my risk of falling pregnant?

Also been having headaches, vision problems, nausea with headaches at times, moody and and I get teary eyes very quickly.

Can I be pregnant????
