Me and my boyfriend had sex the day after i had my period. We did use a condom.
And 3 weeks later i got my period again but this time only for 3 days, which i usually
get for 7 days. So could i possibly be pregnant?

Did the condom break? More than likely you are not pregnant but if you are concerned, test.

You usually do not ovulate the day after your period, so yu are most likely not pregnant.
If you have been stressed or excercising alot lately, that could be the reason why your period was shorter
