ok so i just started the ring...and was told to insert between day 1-5 of my cycle(or my first day of bleeding)
ok...well normally my period lasts between 5-7 days
so i inserted the ring on day 2...and its now day 3 and my period seems to have stopped
not that im complaining but is this normal? and is there any chance its going to start again or will it simply begin again a few days after i take my ring out during the ring-free week?

thanks so much

I don't know about NuvaRing specifically, but most hormonal birth control usually causes lighter, shorter periods.
