Where does it seem to come from? Your neck? I would see an orthopedic doctor and in the mean time, I would see a chiropractor a couple of times a week for a couple of weeks..You may have a pinched nerve in your neck and chiropractic can help with that. If it continues, it could be something more complicated that only an Orthopedic doctor can help with. Good luck!
