Shingles symptoms ?

About a week ago, I discovered a hard, red/purplish cyst-like bump on my upper thigh (bikini line) that is about 3/4" long. I've never had an ingrown hair but first passed it off as that. The next day, I discovered a patch of raised red bumps on my wrist (about 4" long, 1/4" wide) that trails off towards my elbow, as well as another small patch of a similar looking rash on the back of my knee. None of these areas itch. However, since then red bumps have continued to appear all over my body, including under the armpits and breasts, with acute itching. The itching is more intense than that of which I usually experience from bug bites and seems to intensify at night. My roommate has not experienced anything, so I don't think it's likely that they're bug bites. I haven't changed any soaps or products, and I'm further starting to wonder if all of these various skin irritations are interrelated? I've never had chickenpox, so I'm curious to know if there is a form of shingles that doesn't include the headaches or other symptoms listed? I've also been reading about scabies and Pitriasis Rosea, but nothing so far seems to fit.

I'm recently unemployed and would greatly appreciate any advice given.
