Shingles? Could i have it?

Hi

I am a 30 year old woman and have recentluy been experiencing a swollen vein which is also really itchy,down the full length of my right leg and now have a line of red blisters on my lower back, on the right side. Would i be right in thinking i may have shingles? Can you have it mildly? i dont feel unwell but have felt a little under the weather recently? Could the swollen vein and leg be a link? Im planning on going to the doctor but thought id see what anyone had to say on here first?
