Hello and welcome to ehealth forum.

In case, she has the problem only for specific foods, like meat, then this could be a psychological issue, which needs time and counseling for proper help.

But if she has difficulty to eat most solid foods, then she might need investigations including a barium study and a endoscopy to know the exact cause.

She might consult a gastroenterologist for proper help and advice.
