It all depends on when you had sex—ie in which part of her menstrual cycle. If you had sex in the first few days of her cycle, then this could be ovulation bleed. If you had sex mid cycle, then this could be implantation bleed. So yes, if you had sex even once without condoms, there is a possibility of pregnancy.

If this bleed coincided with her periods then take a pregnancy test and see. If the bleed was too early for periods, then there is nothing much you can do but wait for her next periods. Stress can delay her periods. So if she misses periods beyond 4-5 days, take a pregnancy test and see. Hope this helps. Take care!
