I prefer shaved off completely but if you can shave it a little and make design or something its pretty good...but too much hair is bad

Try exfoliating the area before you shave, and make sure you are using a good razor. Don't shave too often, that WILL cause razor burn. Use a soap like Dove, which is made for sensitive skin.
