You might be able to apply a topical lotion to help control the itch --- but often, when I've shaved pubic hair, the itch is a result of the hair growing back. Perhaps you can try aloe vera (the plant) and apply it to the area. Otherwise, you might try waxing instead of shaving and then consult the technician about best lotions.

well i was going threw that some problem and i asked my sister what should i do snd she said that im just shaving the rong way!! u have to shave the way ur hair grows in ! shave down not up! or just waxs it! it hurts but trust me u will love the way it feels!! lol
