Q: shaving bunions

I have bunions on both feet that are not painful, but it is frustrating that I cannot wear "normal" shoes. On the Doctor's Tv show today, which is a repeat, there is a doctor, Dr. Ai Sadrieh, who performs a "Cinderalla" procedure-foot shaving surgery. I telephoned his office and he is a pioneer and is the only in the country that does this. He is in Beverly Hills and I live in Boston. I have been surfing the web and shaving is not recommended-I believe it is because the doctors that perform this aren't doing it as effective as he is.

Any thoughts?

Karen

Yes, be careful if you shave them...They can infect very easy...Talk to your Pharmacist and he/she can usually give you hints on some good medication to use...

Good luck,
Caroline
