Odds are she won't think differently of you. If she does it won't affect the visit. She won't laugh. If she does pelvic inspections/hernia checks she's seen a shaved crotch before.

She has no interest in you in that context. You are just a patient and she couldn't care less what you have done. All she wants to do is check out whatever you are there for and then go on to the next patient
