You probably have ingrown hair, or razor
burn. Try using a moisturizer.
It's really sensitive down there, so you
have to be really really careful when
using a razor. Not just because you might
cut yourself severely, but because the
skin isn't used to being shaved. If you're
going to do it again, do it while in a hot
shower so the skin is moist and the hair
is easier to remove.

Use a moisturizer on the skin until the
hair has a chance to grow back. You may be
experiencing discomfort due to razor
stubble.

Very funny! You could just try shaving
again! That will get rid of the stubble.
My husband shaved for me and complained of
the itchy rash. Lotion did the trick. I
hope it helps and the beer may help you
forget about it for awhile. Time will take
care of the problem as well. All the best.
