hey i was just wondering if anyone could offer me some advice on a problem i've been having. ever since maybe 2 years ago or so, i've gotten these sudden sharp stabbing pains around the heart area. they last for about 10 seconds give or take, and during these moments i have to breathe really quick and shallow otherwise the pain is just too much. i've read up about it and it could be damage to rib muscles, or more sinister heart problems. it has probably happened about 15-25 times all up, and in the space of 2 years this isn't very often. i havent had it checked up by a doctor because of this, but yeah im still concerned. any help would be much appreciated.
