Sharp stabbing pain in left side near ovary. Also sharp stabbing pain in uterus. No fever. Swollen look pregnant. Not constipated nor have diareaha.
Not pregnant. Always had 2 periods per month. 3 children natural births.
Pain is severe and can barely function.
Pain and swelling sudden onset. 24 hours.
Pap smear 6 months ago. normal
1-1/2" year ago uterus biopsied - it was fine
I do have cysts but they have never hurt this bad or this long.
Also never had the amount of swelling and usually no pain excpet during menustration.

Welcome to ehealthforum

Sharp,stabbing pains in the ovaries and uterus can be due to anu underlying ovarian or uterine disorder as Endometriosis,PID,Ovarian cysts,Ectopic pregnancy etc.
You require a complete pelvic examination and USG Pelvis to rule out the exact cause of pain.Kindly do not ignore it and visit your Healthcare Provider soon for evaluation.
