Q: Sharp pains on abdomen and chest

I'm a healthy, slim, 20 yr old man with no history of serious diseases.

Every now and then I get very sharp, stabbing, very unpleasant pains all over my abdomen and chest. Pain is more serious in the chest, actually somewhere in the middle of my chest is where the pain seems to start before it radiates to other parts of my thorax. It lasts for an hour or two and then stops.

Normally I would think that there's something wrong with my heart or lungs but when I press the upper part of my abdomen the pain gets sharper.

What seems to be special about these pains is the soft, constant pressure (not pain) I feel at the hollow area where your neck starts (at the front, where the chest ends at the top). It's definite, it's not painful but it's weird.

I also sweat A LOT.

What could this be?
