hi i have suffered from stress anxiety and depression most of my life and i have had strange pains in my temple for quite some years now. recently my stress and anxiety has become a lot worse and i have loss two very close family members last year and i go to school full time. Well the pains have become more severe and our triggering panic attacks worrying about them. I went to the er and they said its just do to stress and anxiety, i was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything quite like this? i don't know if i believe this is what it really is or am i just freaking out a bit. so any advice or other expierences you can share with me would be very helpful.

Sorry I don't have experience in this Sad But I strongly suggest you talk to your doctor about it. Maybe he/she can tell you how to calm yourself, or to attend a support group for grievers, or give you some medication to help out. People at the ER don't know you or your medical history (at hand) so there's only so much they can tell you.

Do let me know how it goes!
