I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am having sharp pains in my pelvic area that feel like a prick of a needle. I had an appointment and my doctor said I was not dilated yet. The pain is getting worse though only last like 2 seconds. It occurs about 5 times in 10 minutes, then again in about an hour. Does this mean I am going into labor soon or not?
