Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you were during your fertile days at the time of intercourse, then chances of pregnancy (due to pre-cum/pre-ejaculatory fluid as it is known to contain sperms) cannot be ruled out. Your symptoms (nausea, abdominal cramps, sharp pain in uterus, other symptoms of pregnancy) could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy as suggested by the positive urine pregnancy test (UPT). It is rare to have false positive UPT. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
Take care.
