I've had ovarian cysts before around period time, so I know what that pain feels like.

This pain is different. For the past few days to a week I've been feeling like I'm on my period but I'm not. I don't have cramps but I have that "feeling" in my lower stomach like when I'm on it. I shouldn't be getting my period for another couple of weeks.

I got sharp pains in my lower mid abdomin and I thought it was because I had to urinate badly. Then today I got it again, this time it was more focused on the left side, where I think my ovary would be.

Anyone know what this could be? I'm dealing with anxiety/panic disorder and have been off the medication for a few weeks now. My anxiety causes me to think the worst of things so I'm not sure what to make of this.
