Q: Sharp pains in head

Hello, recently I've been having infrequent sharp pains in my head; however, I've also been having sinus/allergy flare up and problems. Could it be just the allergies and sinus problems or something more serious like a brain anerysym.

Sounds like allergies... try an allergy medication with pseudoephedrine (e.g. Claritin-D or the Target generic). It totally stopped my boyfriend's migraines and ice pick headaches, so I'm trying to spread the word.

Sharp pain in head
I experience the same pain but I do not have sinus or allergy problem It has been 5 days now, I felt sharp prickly pain in my left brain/head. It started when my neck hurts and kinda swell. Last year, I fell in my bathroom and had a concussion. Only x-ray was done and I had to consume tons of pills. Doc said not major injury, Hiwever eversince the incident, I alwaya get neck pain. I was a perfectly healthy person before the fall. Is this related to pain in my left head? Pls help
