You can always call your doctor's office and talk to someone there about your pains/concerns. His nurse should always be available to you. If you think you have a kidney/urinary tract infection, you need to be seen and treated.

Good luck!

i had pains in the same place, and was told it was just everything stretching. However, if you are worried, get yourself seen.

The wierd feeling you are having in your stomach could be the first flutterings of movement. Back pain is a common problem in pregnancy. Call your doc if you are worried. Smile

I had the same feelings in my tummy and later I found out that they were fluttering from movement. As for the back pain that feels like it is coming from kidneys I had that same pain at 6weeks 6days and found out that the one of the baby was positioned on my kidney.. If you are have trouble urinating you should be seen for a kidney infection or bladder infection.. A bladder infection can turn into a kidney infection and is very painful..

I had the same feeling in my stoach whan I was pregnant with my little boy. I also had pains in my lower back on the left side, they were very sharp pains. When they came on I couldn't do anything but stand it hurt so bad. I went to the doctor and she told me they were just from my hips starting to spread, a month later I went into pre-term labor. I still don't know if that was a sign I was having problems or not....I don't mean to scare you. But you should contact your doctor and tell them if you are worried about it.
