Pains are normal as long as there is no bleeding with the pains which can mean miscarriage.
THe sharp pains could just be your ligaments stretching and making room for the baby to grow and move around.
its most likely gas or stretching.
try not to worry too much, i worry a little more than i should too.

These pains have nothing to do with the baby or the baby's health. It is your stomach stretching. Always assume your child is growing normally and that your pregnancy is normal unless you are told something different by your doctor. Every woman worries needlessly over their pregnancy - think of how much time is wasted on that? Your baby is fine.
