Sharp pain when I'm passing stool

I've had hemmeroids when I was about 15 years old and got treated for that. That was 2 years after I had my gall bladder taken out due to getting gall stones at 13 years old. Lately I have been getting sharp pain when i pass stool and occasionally there is blood and when there is blood it is like a "ring" around the end of the stool. I took "Anusol Suppository" (12 of them in 6 days). After I took that stuff everytime i would pass my stool it would basically be diarrhea but there was no pain what so ever. and I ran out of the stuff so today my stool was hard and there was a tiny bit of pain. And today there was a tiny bit of mucus in the stool. Does this sound like Irritable Bowel Syndrome? or just hemmeroids? or anything more serious? Im in my early 20's now by the way. Thank you
