Easter was yesterday. I went to a very gentle yoga class with a few friends and my husband. I then went over to a friends house for dinner. I ate egg salad, falafels, hummus, fruit, bread, and drank tea. (I probably nibbled on other things but nothing too crazy... it wasn't a traditional Easter dinner.) After eating dinner, we were sitting there talking. I sudden got this pain where my left breast is. It is sharp and quite painful. I figured it would pass. I found a comfortable position and stayed in it. About 30 minutes later, we left. It only intensified. I hurt to move and a really pain to lay down and sleep.
It feels like someone is ripping my muscles and skin apart from each other. The skin doesn't hurt; its inside. It is the bottom portion of my left breast and inside my body. It is a sharp pain and hurts a lot.
Last night, I was tired and couldn't face laying down, so I stayed up sitting on the couch upright. Everytime I would yawn the pain would be unbearable. However, I would pressed on the pain spot while I yawned and my the pain lessened. If I twist my body or move the left side, it is painful. But if I sit still or just move my torso in one movement, its not so bad.
The even weirder thing is my husband had this same thing a while ago. We went to the ER and to his doctors and all they would end up doing is pumping him full of drugs and then x-raying him and never finding what it was. After our own research with his diet, we came to the conclusion that it happened everytime he would drink an energy drink. Well he stopped drinking them and he was better. I don't drink energy drinks. So what is it?!?!?! Obviously the energy drinks for him just helped prevent whatever the original problem is; however, I can't prevent it the same way. What can the original problem be? Could it be something I ate? something I drank? something in my house like radon gas or something? I am confused and hate to go back to the same doctors that couldn't figure out what was wrong with my husband.
