For about 2 days I have had a sharp pain on my foot, on the "bump" on top of it (where the bone sticks out). It feels like I sprained something but I can't reall be sure. It only hurts when I step on it a certain way. When I rub it, it feels like I'm scratching some kind of itch under the skin. Could it be something serious?
