Hey girls, Im still not sure how far along i am in my pregnancy, i go for another u/s on tues and they hope then they will be able to tell. I was curious, today i had kind of a sharp pain on my lower right pelvic area. it only lasted like a sec. I have not had any spotting. The only kind of cramping ive had is period like, so this one threw me off guard and scared me. I felt fine afterward. Has this happened to anyone else before????? Is this normal????? Thanks!!!!!

It could have been gas or a regular twinge - you put more thought into it because you are pregnant. It is probably nothing.

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy!
