I had a sharp pain in my left ear about 4 weeks ago, extremely painful. It'd be like 4 stabs and then go away for a while. The ENT said I looked very congested and it could be that (allergies) and Eustachian tube dysfunction. Though my ear pressures were normal.
I went on Allegra and that helped for 2.5 weeks it seemed. Now the pain is back and it is unbearable! The ENT said if it came back to go back and do a hearing test.
Anyone had this and what has helped them? I'm scared and don't know what to do!
