Q: sharp pain in head

I want to know what is going on with me. I know I have sinus problems but I have been having sharp quick pains in my head for about a day and a half. It first started in the back of my head and then it has moved to the center. It is a quick sharp pain and it goes away instantly. It comes about every five minutes and then it goes away and comes back again.
