hi i am a 16 yr old female.

hello!
i have this small sharp pain in chest which lasts for 2-3 seconds and my left arm pains above the elbow.
whenever i lay down to sleep that chest pain occurs.

could it be gas???

i checked in a pharmacy and i was informed that i hav a low bp but not very low it was like around 90 or 75

i just hope its not related to heart problem!! :S
