sharp pain in abdomen

Hi

earlier today i went to groceries store with my husband and baby and when we where their i started to get this really bad sharp pain around my stomach area felt like i was being stabbed. and my whole lower abdomen hurt to. Pain is gone now well is it a little bit but going away and no where as near as sever as before. I also threw up some. I got an IUD. going to my obgyn to make sure it didn't move and which was cause the pain. other then that not sure what can be so please let me know thanks so much. also for last week or so had pain on right side upper and lower side. thanks so much.
