Q: Sharp pain after surgery ?

I'm into my third day after left side inguinal hernia repair. I'm still having a hard time walking because of the stabbing pain goindown my left leg. Is this normal. I'm kinda concerned because I was using a walker the first two days. I just hope the walker wasn't too heavy and I pulled stitches loose. So what does everybody think?
