In mid-January I fell down a flight of stairs and hit my coccyx on the right side. I just had a bruise and some mild pain for about a week. It is now the end of March and I am experiencing very bad, sharp pain in my tailbone, particularly on the right side. It hurts especially when standing, particularly when I rest my weight for more than a few seconds on my left foot and then shift my weight to my right side, and when walking. My question is, is it possible that my fall could be affecting me almost 2 months later? The other possibilty is sciata, which I have experienced, but that was different, with more leg pain than what I'm experiencing now. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
