Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Increased bowel movements, diarrhea/loose stools, increase in pelvic pressure, increase in abdominal cramps intensity, hardening of uterus/abdominal wall could suggest onset of labor, or increased uterine activity. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist/midwife for further evaluation at the earliest. Appropriate measures would be started to help you. You can have a normal delivery at completion of 37 weeks of gestation (baby born will be a mature and term baby).
Take care.
