i have been having a sharp pain in my lower back on the right side...it happens when i twist wrong or stretch my arms over my head...it hurts so much i collapse to the floor and can't stand up straight because when i put weight on my lower back(like when i straighten my torso up and down) it kills...but after a few minutes i can stand and straighten up...can you please help me...
For it to come and go so quickly, I would say this is muscular. But most likely there is an underlying trouble with your discs, etc. which is why your muscles are going into contraction.
You could try:
1) "Static back position" (Do a Google search)
