i think you are fine i those exact same tings happen to me during my first pregnancy and i thought i had developed an infection the discharge is normal as long as it isnt blood like spotting from a menstrual. But have you talked to your obgyn about those pills you are o to see if it was safe to take? Your most likely ok because i was to but check on those pills it may be harmful to the fetis.
