I had trapped a nerve in my lower back and for months i had horrendous stabbing pains, like electric shocks, through my lower body/back... my boss said id trapped a nerve and it will just take time to heal itself...

so, i had a few relieving pain killers (syndol) to take at bed time and i could sleep fine, the trapped nerve slowly disappeared but now i have aches in my inner and outer legs and sometimes a real slow throbbing pain in which i have to rub my thigh hard to help soothe the pain away...

Is this leg pain any thing to do with my previous trapped nerve?? just a bit worried because my mum and previous to her have suffered with veracous veins and mine are getting more visible nowadays, not bumped just visibly blue

please any advice is peace of mind
