Hey, I have no idea why, but starting about a month and a half ago, right before Thanksgiving, I started noticing that my hands mostly seemed to slightly shake a bit, at rest they aren't that bad, it gets a bit worse when I move anything like my hands, arms, fingers, neck, etc. but it's not terrible it doesn't affect how I do anything. It just worries me. I don't have any history of heart problems, I don't drink energy drinks or any sort of alcohol or anything that, at least to my knowledge, causes shakiness. I've sort of deduced that it is caused by my heart beat that seems to be quicker since I noticed my shaky hands and also more strong. I even ran track for the last two years, I might even do it again this year but whenever I run it seems that I can run nowhere near as well as I used to. I'm a bit worried, any help would be greatly appreciated!
