I'm hoping a doc/specialist can answer this q. I am 30yrs and reasonable healthy but I was wondering what could be the reason or cause behind me having shakey hands after exercising. It doesn't last for too long ad I noticed that about an hour or so later, I had a splitting headache too.. Any ideas?
