How old is your brother?
How often this "hands and head shaking" happens?
Has he ever had some brain injury?
Does he have some other problems like disturbed speech, mental retardation, cross-seeing (strabismus), difficult walking...?
Has he ever asked for medical attention during these 3 years?
Can you give me some more data from his medical history?

Dear Dr.Nikola Thank you for your kind response. My brother is 26 years old & he has been taking alot of different kinds of medicines. Some Doctors say that his hands and head shakes because of the medicines. He never had a brain injury nor any mental retardation. His sugar levels are high now so we have not been giving him any extra medicines.

Did he make EEG to confirm or exclude epilepsy?
What kind of medicines he takes right now?
How high are his blood glucose levels?
Has he ever made some brain scan (CT or MRI)?
Which diagnose(s) was suggested till now?
