Q: shaking at night in sleep

hi im 17 list night i wake up at 3 or 4 am and the bed was shaking....
or was i....? well i dont know i fill like it's my bed i torn on my light
and setup but still it shak this going on for 1 or 2 hr!
i sleep with my dog he dont fill it i dont think
so if some one can help pm me or some thing

There are many different kinds of sleep problems called parasomnias. IT's possible that you are shaking in your sleep. Does this happen every night or just once?
