You have to ask for qualified medical help as quickly as possible! That “shadow in the liver” has to be examined. The tumor inside the larynx also has to be examined (biopsy) to reveal its nature. I am not sure about the swollen glands on your face because I need to see them.


I am sure that in the UK you will be able to get proper medical care.
