He say come over we talk about it am so scare cause am havin a twins and 3 growing kids at home . What shoul be possible . Thank for your help

Hello,i just found a bump next to where the opening to have sex is... it doesn't hurt neither itches,it looks like the same color as my skin,can you please help out to know what it can be,thank you!
