I have lived with a wife for 30 odd years who was bipolar with sexual problems. I now have problems: premature ejaculation, penile dysfunction, emotional problems. Do you think sexual rehabilitation is possible for me (i'm 60 years old) and if so how would i go about it. I don't live near any sexual therapists/ psychotherapists.

I'm guessing if there are no psychotherapists in your region you're probably not near a hospital with a decent urology center. Talk to your doctor about what's going on as if he can refer you to someone within a decent drive that will see you about what you're going through. Your problem isn't likely to need regular visits. Probably just some instruction about treatment, maybe medication. It just costs you a doctor's visit to find out.
